Was successful in swapping out the pic_icon.png to my own artwork with the same name using the FTP route. But it appears the showing size has remained the original 17 by 16 cutting off the new 30 by 31 sized art.
Where can this size be edited?

You can either replace the image file via FTP or upload the image and copy/paste the URL for the background styling of a.picIcon in the style.css file.

Thanks Chris, So the only way to change the image on the site is to change the art keeping the same name in the wp-content > themes > maitred > images > pic_icon.png and reload the entire theme?

Hi there,

The edit themes feature only allows you to make code modifications. It doesn't support file control with images, etc.

I found it there in the Images folder. Does this mean it will not be found in the "Edit Themes"?
I did find your "Title side-accents" in "Edit Themes" stylesheet and swapped out your art with a slightly bigger colored image that I loaded up into the image library.

The image is located in the "images" directory...

wp-content > themes > maitred > images > pic_icon.png

Regarding size, you certainly can use any size you want, but depending on how it looks you might want to apply some styling for aesthetic purposes.

Hi Chris,

I'd like to change out the pic_icon.png "picture" to a themed image (an eyeball) where does it reside?

Also it would read better if it was larger. Can I enlarge it to 30 wide 31 high from 17 by 16?
