resetting the database isnt complicated at all, its actually extremely basic, I suggest looking for a new host

I Have the same issues, I hope you can help me resolve them- I sent you an email yesterday already.

your suggestion was that my wordpress was not a clean install, which is why the themes option was still not showing up. My host however confirmed that there is now a completely clean installation, including a wiped database- when i then set up wordpres again using fantastico, there was is no themesoptions..
My host has told me they don't see anything wrong with the installation and I should get back to you about this.

Hi, yes. I've got the site working, but have no "Theme Options".

I don't have the plugin installed, nor did I when I installed the theme.

Any other suggestions?

there could be a few things wrongs,

with the latest version of OptionTree you dont need the plugin(having it installed may cause issues)

also if you installed the plugin first because activating the theme it may cause issues(you need to whip it the from DB)

I've just purchased the PhotoPharm Theme, but the "Theme Options" page is blank. I also don't have a theme_options.xml file and ONLY have the demo_content.xml.

I don't think the OptionTree plugin is necessary with your new update if I read correctly (it is within the theme). But even so, I've tried with the newest OptionTree plugin and also the older version. Nothing seems to work.

Could you try to let me know what you think I'm doing wrong?
