WordPress should be saving the order automatically when they are rearranged. If they are not being saved, that sounds like a bigger issue. That method is 100% managed and controlled by WordPress, so that isn't the type of issue that I can troubleshoot as a theme author.

Yes, but how can I save the new order? when I "drag/drop" the images and change their position, then I can only close the "media dialog box", I've tried saving the post, but the order remains the same. Please help me. Thanks.

I can confirm that you can control the order of the images when you're viewing the "add media" section and click "uploaded to this post". That's the key factor. You need to select the "uploaded to this post" option in the drop down box of the "add media" window.

Sorry but, it's wrong. With old release and the upgrade too, If I assign the images to a "gallery page" they are shown, even if are not inserted in page content. The only difference is that in old theme release the order media was manageble, but now is not more.

You need to upload the images to the post/page you want them to be displayed on. The images need to be "attached" to the post/page, which is only achieved when they are uploaded to the post/page being displayed.

but, anyway, Is it possible, as it was in wp 3.4 (the first photopharm theme was for this wp version), modify media order and see the new order in gallery template page? after the theme upgrade, customer can't change the images order as it was in the past. Thanks

Hi, I did not uploaded images to post, I have only uploaded the images to the media library page where I want images are shown and i've set that page as gallery page (template>>gallery). Can I change the position in media library to see images in a different position in gallery pages? Thanks

I´ve just disabled the plugin Option Tree & everything works fine, but can this plugin be disabled? Isn´t it important?

I´ve done the latest update, but I can´t still reorder the images, and when I am uploading new images there is an error as well, saying - there was an error by uploading the images :(

I can confirm the method outlined for controlling the order works with the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WordPress.

If you have issues, please check to make sure you're using version v2.1.2 of PhotoPharm and have the latest version of WordPress installed.

Like I mentioned before, the order of images is something controlled by WordPress, not the theme, so I'm not sure this is something that I can troubleshoot any further if you continue to have trouble.

I can't say for sure why you're unable to order the images. This is a WordPress function (not a theme feature), so troubleshooting this is tricky. My best suggestion is to make sure that on the gallery page you're selecting "view images uploaded to post" before you try to control the image order.
