1. To create a gallery section for your project post or add images to the gallery, simply upload images to that post. More info: http://themolitor.com/help/producer/#galleryTab

2. To create a contact form, I recommend using the Contact Form 7 plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
