1. The size of the thumbnails in the WP gallery is determined by the media settings page.

2. The customization needed applies to all of the above.

Actually this is a 2 part question:

Wordpress doesn't make it simple to add the gallery to the post, but I found out how. The gallery works on this theme just fine, but is there somewhere I can change the size of the photo thumbnail under the "Gallery" section in a post?

Also, in reference to point number 2 in this forum post:
