It appears to have something to do with your customizations to the header. The logo area hovers above the photo pop-up. I would double-check your z-index values to make sure they aren't very high.

That got rid of the funky border/stroke business (the thumbnails look nice now - thanks!) but the page still grays out and locks up when clicking on a thumb to display a large image. weird....

Open "style.css" and paste the following...

.gallery-icon a {border:none !important}

Pardon the ugly URL. Realized late in the process that the client has an IIS6 server that doesn't support pretty permalinks.

Anyway, it appears that the large format image is displaying now, but still on a "grayed out" page that locks up.

I'm not able to create a photo gallery page with the University theme. Thumbnails display on the page, although with some hinky strokes below them - maybe the outline of a text field? When clicking on a thumbnail, the page takes on a gray hue and freezes up. Very strange.

Any suggestions for implementing a photo gallery, or a particular gallery plugin that might work best with the theme?
