Hi there,

Whoa. That's very odd. Never seen that before. My best guess is that this appears to be an issue with your WordPress installation or hosting provider configurations. No stylesheet is being used to control the layout, which in essence means the theme is not being loaded at all.

Since this isn't a theme-related issue, unfortunately I can't provide much support with this as there isn't anything theme-based that I can do to fix it. Anything related to issues with your URLs or permalink structures is ultimately controlled by WordPress and/or your hosting provider.

I hope you understand. If in discussing this with your hosting provider or searching in the WordPress forums you discover anything theme-based you need my help with in resolving this issue, please let me know and I will be more than happy to assist.

Best,

Chris

Hi there,

I never received an email. You can upload images here: http://postimage.org/

Just copy/paste the image url they provide here.

Best,

Hi there,

That's odd. I've never experienced a layout issue based on permalink setting. Can you provide a screenshot of what it looks like when you use the "month and name" setting for example?

Best,

Chris

If I go into settings and click on permalinks and change any of the settings from the Default to any of the other options and the pages are all messed up. I can send you my login information and you can try it and see if you'd like. In other words, I have to leave my pages like this http://kansascityconcrete.com/?cat=99 instead of making them the category name or whatever I choose, i.e.,

Hi there,

I'm not sure I understand. Can you provide more details?

Also, please keep in mind that permalinks/URLs are 100% controlled by WordPress and are not something the theme has anything to do with. As a result, I may be limited in the amount of support I can provide in this area.

Best,

Chris

For some reason when I change the permalink format it causes post formats to appear incorrectly. Is there a way I can use a permalink structure other than the wordpress default?

Thanks!
