Hi there,

Sorry, I thought you were referring to the "donate" button, which works.

Looking at this issue, unfortunately this isn't a theme-related problem but has to do with either your implementation of the donate button that you're using or something wrong with your PayPal account.

I can only suggest that you use PayPal support channels to research this as it goes beyond the theme support I'm able to provide.
