Hi there,

Unfortunately this isn't something we can troubleshoot as it involves code we didn't write. This problem seems to involve the slider you're using or possibly the edits you've made to the theme files. It's hard to say without a default setup of the theme.

If this issue persists with the default setup of the theme, please let us know and we will be happy to troubleshoot with you.

Hope you understand. Thanks!

Chris

We now know the problem but still need a solution. In order for the slider we purchased to work, we need to remove the jquery library from the scripts.js file of the theme, but in order for the page resizing to work, we need that jquery library code.

We purchased both the theme and the slider and love them both. Any suggestions on how to keep both while making it all work? Any way to have the code not reference the jquery library on the two pages we want the slider?

Hi Chris,

It's if we're using a smaller screen - on a laptop; or if you change the window size to make it small and then refresh the page with content on it - say the "about" page - then you'll see the content is too long, and breaks the page completely.

I'm using Safari, but also tested it on Google Chrome on a laptop and it did the same thing.

Thanks in advance.

We seem to have an issue with window size. When the window is small and the page content is too long, the page breaks - the background gets messed up and the flyout sidebars disappear. We changed around a few things on the backend to accommodate a slider we purchased but the problem persists when the plugin is deactivated, so not sure if this could be the issue or not. Tried deactivating all other plugins as well with no luck.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
