something else came into my mind to add since this is a template for photographer/creative: adding social icon for http://www.behance.net/ :)

Thx, m8, that worked, figured it out yesterday after some trial and errors. Finally I got the trick.

I'm happy you like the feedback, too. I've read a few older post and there was one from roundabout a year ago with some ppl having requested something similar. I know you are working on lot of projects, but I'm sure having this little addition would increase satisfaction by actual users as well as sales of the template due to more variety and possibilities.

I would suggest following slight changes:

- having 2nd option for posts to appear also in the "default-layout". That way you could also add f.ex. longer text and tutorials without having a long scroll.
I guess it could be done somehow without being a bigger issue.

- The theme works fine for photographers for sure but if you want to include videos, it's damn tricky to find out - I still do not know
a) how to get a thumbnail/imagepreview inside the blog when the post contains a video and not an image.
b) how to get an video-portfolio that way that the video isn't playing on portfolio-page when clicking on the thumb (280x158 sized video looks annoying^^) and opening up on a portfoliosubpage when clicking on it's titletext.

For point b) a lightbox or subpage option option would be great as well as a way f.ex. having a static image as videoteaser which once clicked open in the chosen format (as video then for sure)

- The documentation could be bit more in detail on that videotopic.

Next to this 2 little things, it's a nicely contemporary and clean theme. I really hope the suggestions helps to push this theme a step further in the direction of being one of the must-buy themes on themeforest.

thx again for putting your work in themes and support at all!

Hi there,

Thanks for the feedback! Some great suggestions here.

Regarding the menu, you can increase the width by editing/adding the following to your custom CSS section of the theme options (make sure you use the "text" tab)...

#dropmenu li {width:126px;}

The above is the current default width. Increase "126" to your liking.

Thanks!

Hi!

Still love the theme but I'm running into several issues that are not so visually appealing as I would love to have them. Maybe it's not even possible but since I'm for sure not the only one with the issue it maybe an idea to include it into future versions.

So here is the problem:
I'm having 6 categories in the menu.
My tutorial section contains a lot videos but I've also some text based only ones and if I have them attached to a blog or portfolio it's annoying to have a long text to scroll with low width but a lot of empty space on the right. Is it possible to mix up the appearance somehow that I can switch between the layouts?

Another thing I would like to know is how (or better where inside the css) can I add pixels to the width of submenus - right now longer topics will split into 2 rows and that would look like multiple topics then.

thanx for help!
lyrica
