All that did was shift everything to the left. Traditional list would have the second line of a list item align under the first letter of the top line.

That's intentional styling, but you can remove it by using this in your Custom CSS box...

.entry ul,
.entry li {padding-left: 0px;}

I noticed that when you create a list the wrap around portion of the sentence does not line up with the first letter of the sentence. Where can I go to correct this?
