You'll need to change the publish date to change the order or possibly use a plugin that adds this functionality (I'm not aware of any at the moment).

I changed my posts to list the date as the date of certain events rather than the date that they're published. I wondered if there was a way to have them listed by the date of the event rather than the date they're published? Right now the order is all over the place and I didn't know if there was an easy way to list the events chronologically or if I have to go in and change the published dates to get them in the correct order.
