Currently most are themes aren't compatible with Option Tree 2.0+ we are working on getting updates in until then you'll need to restore the older version http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/option-tree.1.1.8.1.zip (download link)

The plugin has undertaken a complete rebuild! If you are not the theme developer, I urge you to contact that person before you upgrade and ask them to test the themes compatibility.
