It should appear under "appearance". There was an update that allowed the OptionTree setting to be pulled from the theme. Doing so moves the panel under the "appearance" menu.

Hi, I have manually installed the theme via Filezilla (can't find the wpbm.jpg that you suggested) - should the Option Tree appear as a stand alone function on my dashboard or does it sit under Appearance - Theme Options? It seemed to appear as a standalone initially but now only under Appearance - Theme Options. Thanks in advance.

The theme directory of your site is showing as "wpbm.jpg" which is incorrect. I can only advise that you manually install the theme via FTP to make sure there are no issues with the install/setup phase.

The video I linked to should walk you through this process.

I have followed those instructions - I am zipping up the wpbm folder that was included in my Brick and Mason download. I don't get any messages suggesting there is a broken theme issue when I activate the theme. I just don't seem to have the ability to actually access the settings part of the Option Tree page. I have uninstalled Option Tree and reinstalled, and have done the same with the theme.

Sorry, I got cut off - anyway, after installing Option Tree, I don't get the initial Settings page where I can upload the XML file - thus when I hit Pages on the Dashboard, I'm not actually given the various page styles at all. Appreciate any help, thanks.
