I can confirm this isn't a theme-related issue. This sounds like a hosting/permissions issue. Unfortunately the theme doesn't control this type of problem, so it sounds like you'll need to contact your host about this. Sorry.

I have done this. Now....

When I try to save any changes for example - making it dark, it instantly reverts back and saves nothing :(

Is there anywhere I can go for a quicker response. I really need this solved and its a shame to have paid 35 dollars for it not to have it work.

Can I go on instant chat anywhere? Sorry, its just frustrating.

From the "add new" page under "plugins", search for "OptionTree" and click install. From there you should be able to install OptionTree. After that, navigate to "appearance" > "theme options" to view the OptionTree settings panel.

Hi
I have been through your forums and still cant get the option tree to show.... Ive added it to FTP and via upload on wordpress with and without the zip file.

Could you tell me in a step by step guide what I could do to fix this. It all looks so easy on the video?
