I would go through the Help file step by step and make sure you're hitting all the points. If you've used the Theme before with no issues, you really shouldn't have any this time around. I would try removing the Theme files from your server, then re-uploading them. Then, go through all the steps again.

Let me know if that works.

Thanks,
Justin

Ok,
I have it up and running now but a new problem has come up.
In the option tree I can not load the logo. I have followed all instructions presented on this web page about "logos" permissions ect.
I have checked the "PHP" and it is "ON."
The problem comes when when I upload the file I want to run as my logo. The instruction say that you have to "Note: click "insert into post" in order to use image." This option does not appear. The only option is "add this to option tree" when that is pressed the file shows up in the file box but not on the web page.

I have used this univeristy format with another site I help build and had no problems. This time one problem after another. Any ideas? http://www.cunard.ednet.ns.ca/wordpress

It appears that you have your installation in the wrong folder. You should be uploaded the 'contents' of the Wordpress folder into the root of your server, NOT the actual Wordpress folder.

Try that first and then we'll see if it corrects your issue.

Thanks,
Justin

Hello,
I was able to remedy the situation with the option tree by reloading the uploads file and changing the permission's on the FTP file site. A new problem has come up. The wordpress page which we are building in the back ground is now forbidden when it is searched for using the wp-admin login.

cunard.ednet.ns.ca/wordpress/wp-admin

any thoughts on this

Hello,

Which file are you trying to upload? If it's the option_tree_import.xml, you should have no issues uploading it. There are some other files in that folder, so make sure you're not getting them confused.

If you are in fact uploading the correct file, perhaps you could give me some more detail on what you're doing. That'll help me assess the issue.

Thanks,
Justin

Hello

When the option tree import file is loaded into the upload page in option tree settings in the University theme, it is always met with a "Wrong File Type" comment. I have tried to reload the university theme and nothing changes this. Is there a way for your to email me the correct file type for the "option tree import" xml file.

Thanks
