Did you try my suggestion above for "resetting" your options?

From my last post: (1) making a change on the Customize page - for example, change the accent color, (2) click save/publish and then (3) revert your change - change the accent color back - so that the settings get "reset" in a sense.

This may help with the issue you have. Let me know.

thank you for the answer. Unfortunately the theme still does not work. I have followed the instructions exactly. In the backend of my website all settings appear to be correct. But in the frontend only the background image is displayed. You're welcome to have a look at my backend if you like.

I can confirm this theme works with 4.1.

Please be sure you have the Customize page properly setup and configured (i.e. upload/assign a logo image, assign menus, assign timeline categories, etc.).

If everything looks fine there, try (1) making a change a change on the Customize page, (2) clicking save/publish and then (3) revert your change so that the settings get "reset" in a sense. This may help with the issue you have.

Should work fine with latest version. It appears that you haven't configured your theme options on the Customize page. Be sure to review the options there and save/publish your settings.

I've some issues after installing the Wordpress Theme "The Curator". After installing and activating it, I just can see the Background of the theme and nothing more: http://gabrielrendonparra.com/

The Admin Panel is working. Might it be, that the Theme isn't working well with the newest Version of Wordpress (4.1)?
