Ok so I wasn't sure what customizations I did so I just uploaded the default template and made no changes and I still cannot see the menu bar at the top. Any ideas?

It looks like you've made customizations to the theme files (no spacing above the menu + banner image). This is likely the cause. Unfortunately I'm unable to troubleshoot issues caused by customizations, so my best suggestion is to review your edits or remove them and reapply in a manner where you monitor the impact on mobile devices.

If the issue persists with the default setup of the theme, let me know and I'll be happy to review this with you more.

Hi there,

I noticed someone else had this question a while ago but it was parked and never answered.

When I look at my website on the iPhone, I cannot see the menu at the top. I can only see the home page and nothing else. Do you know why this might be happening? When I look at the Live Demo, I can see everything.
