Please refer to the help file. There are additional steps you need to take to setup the theme, including installing the OptionTree plugin to create the options panel.

I'm a noob when it comes to WP.. I generally hand build websites.

I bought and uploaded WPUniversity and even though I have activated it, I get nothing on my site page http://www.thebay.test.websitesfor.me/

I have also noticed that there is no admin panel (I removed the theme, then did a re-upload.. still nothing)

Any ideas?
