Hello,

Currently most are themes aren't compatible with Option Tree 2.0+ we are working on getting updates in until then you'll need to restore the older version http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/option-tree.1.1.8.1.zip (download link)

I have no theme options change logo change header... all of the above... and it still says to update the Option plugin.
