It's only required if you want to customize the logo that comes with the theme.

Hi

Nice to see not only a great theme but with the support behind it.

I was just about to buy this theme for a local community project and then I noticed the PSD. I dont have photoshop so would that mean I cant use this?

I guess I could get a copy of photoshop if needed, I just wondered if it was an absolute requirement for this theme?
