I found the problem. Under "Screen Options," near the upper right, "custom fields" were un-selected.

It appears that you might be using a plugin that is removing this from the page. Have you tried deactivating any additional plugins you're using to see if that comes back?

There's a screen shot. Custom fields are gone when the "page links to" plugin is uninstalled as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I would be willing to supply log in information to a moderator if that's the only way you can check it.

Whenever I make a new page or edit an existing one, I don't have any of the custom field options to have categories post to the page.
