Also, please keep in mind the lat/long fields are optional as the theme can auto-detect the lat/long when it loads the page.

If so, that means something unique to your site is causing the issue. It could be a customization you've made to the theme template files or possibly a plugin that you're using.

Let me know if the map is wrong.

By the way, how you can test if you don't have my credentials for the website ?
If you test on your theme, it will maybe be different, as mine.
how I can give you admin credentials to do a real test and see why it's not working ?

That address exist (on the Google Map, Reunion island), but no calculation.

BUT, By the way, that happen with ALL addresses. So it's not about just an example (like a bug), it's the whole script I think.

Same issue with the latest version.
All is ok, except the main thing : the automatic calculation of the long / lat. So then, there is no map ... I need to edit it, and to enter manually everything.
Could you check it please ? Because soon I will have a lot of events, so I need that it works alone :/

Hi, ok i will update the theme, but I have to tell you that I had the same issue before, and I updated the theme to the latest version at that time 2.2.3, and it was not working ... So I really think that it's not the solution.
I try it now, and give you feedback asap.

Hi,

I have the same problem since a while.
When someone is submitting a new event on the website with Navigator theme, the longitude / latitude are never calculated ...
As it's the main option of that theme, could you help me and tell me how I can have this option working good ?

The file for submitting (or form) is the original file. So I don't understand why it's not working.
