The film credits is just a text box. You can put whatever you want there, but I have not extensively tested what happens when you put something other than text in there.

For adding contact forms, that requires a plugin as there is not a built-in contact system with this theme. "Contact Form 7" is a popular plugin and allows you to simply copy/paste a shortcode to add the form. You can try adding the provided shortcode into the credits area, but again, I have not tested that space for this purpose.

Regarding audio, when I visit your site I do not hear the audio provided with the theme. Were you able to resolve this?

I am trying to find the documentation to help me guide in my set up.

Under the film credits, is it possible to have that as a contact form or any other type of information I want to put or am I stuck with film credits?

By the way, your audio is driving me nuts. It won't get deleted and it is overlapping the mp3 file I uploaded on my website: mjscommodities.com
