When you deactivate Option Tree what error do you get? And do you have any other Plugins installed?

When someone tries to register with the blog, they do not get the password email.

Wordpress error_log shows:

[14-May-2012 23:32:58] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option_tree() in /home/liberty/public_html/wp-content/themes/wppolitico/header.php on line 28

So, it appears to be a problem with either the Option Tree plugin, or the theme.

I tried moving the Option Tree plugin out of the way, but this did not solve the issue.

Help!
