I do locate the xml file (demo_content.xml) but how do I upload it into WP?

Hi Daniel,

The demo content XML file is included so that you can import the demo site.

It's located in the folder you downloaded from ThemeForest. Let me know if you have trouble locating it.

Hi!
Im new to using WP and I bought this theme. I like the live preview a lot. Problem now is that I don't know how to get my page to look like the live preview but with my pictures and my text.

It would be great if it was possible to import the live preview wp and the I can just change photos and text and so on from there.
After 7 hours with frustration its not fun any more =)

I would very much appreciate some help =)
