Hi there,

Audio is not a supported feature of the background video system. The main reason for this is that background videos do not provide the user any controls (i.e. pause/play, audio on/off, etc.). The audio feature of VYSUAL is detached from the video so that users can control the audio to their preferences, which is a preferred approach for usability reasons.

Hope that helps explain why audio is not part of the background video.
