Display issues on the map are almost always attributed to a non-map post sitting in the map category OR a post with errors/incomplete location information. You'll want to review your posts one-by-one as that is likely the issue.

Can you provide a link to your site? I'll see if there's anything else that might be the cause.

I don't know what happened, but i=I noticed my Latitude and Longitude disappeared, so I input them again and the map went back to normal. I chose again "Choose and option" and it went back to normal. But something is still going on with the option.

Under "Theme Options>General>Blog Category" I've noticed that if you change this at all after initial install, the theme breaks. On the homepage the post that were displaying correctly only display sometimes and the map goes to nowhere every time. I have duplicated this at least 5 times with 5 fresh installs on the latest WP 3.51 in the last 4-5 hours. This is frustrating as the only fix I no of is doing a fresh install and resetting up everything. For some reason I keep going to play with hat option. Also noted that the effect is sometimes different when you select a difference category form that menu, but its always broken no matter what you chose after initially changing it. Please look into this.
