FIGURE OUT THE CATEGORY THING, just need help on the menu width

1 - Is there a way in CSS to make the boxes in the drop menu the same size? doesnt really look to well on a dark background and light buttons.

2. On the Black bar, I have a parent category of Events and child categories Live DJ, Live band, karaoke, Special Events, Im pretty sure I set the categories right but only the events tab shows up in the menu
