you cannot display the title attribute via html, the title doesnt transform to text rather used as a "label" for browsers

theres is a description for the menus(which is hidden by default in screen options) but this theme doesnt support it

I'm afraid, You didn't understand me. I want to display both title attribute and navigation label. One underneath the other.
