Category IDs hidden in theme options.

Cannot find code line specified in header php to remove "no categories" type in nav se below:
No code match, or I am just overlooking it.

Make sure you're hiding categories/pages you don't want in the nav bar by entering their ID # in the theme options page.

HI,

Purchased wp university and after the install/setup the FEATURED, NEWS & UNCATEGORIZED dropdowns appear in the nav banner and cause the HISTORY, CALENDAR AND CONTACT to flow below.

How can this be corrected.
