Justin,

Dumb question on this forum. Sorry. I obviously need to get most of that information from my hosting service or someone who does general website design work.

Let me ask here just whether there is anything I need to know specific to your theme when replacing an already existing website ( http://www.progressivedemcaucusfl.org ) with the one I've been working on? ( http://www.alec-destroys-democracy.org )

thanks again for any help SPECIFIC to Politico,
Susan

Hi, again,

I bought a domain and your software in order to learn. I've then started putting together a site that has what an organization I'm a member of needs, but, of course, it is all under MY DOMAIN'S name, rather than the organization's name.

I have made some modifications to CSS files as well as downloaded plugins, etc., as Justin knows! LOL.

That organization HAS ALSO PURCHASED YOUR SOFTWARE. We certainly want to make sure we are covered and YOU are supported!

Soooooooo, here's the probably fairly obvious question: when I'm finally ready, how do I basically turn my current test website into the other website, without redoing all the work? Backup and then restore to the different domain? I read something about layouts, but didn't quite get it. Is that the way to go, plus saving MY XML and Option Data and then bringing them into the new website?

In other words, HELP! Please.

Thanks again for everything,
Susan
