Ahh, 'twas the single word category bug messing with my calendar too. Suggest this be in the documentation for future releases.

Hi Greyhat,

With the way the filter works, it appends the category name to the class of the post. The actual filter link uses the slug of the category name. In instances where there are two words in the category, the category name appears correct (i.e. Mint Club), but the slug does not appear the same (i.e. mint-club). This is a limitation as you can see.

I'll leave this thread marked "pending review" so that I can follow up here with a fix. Thanks for your patience.

Chris

I have a temporary fix in the form of this:

	jQuery('#filter li').not(':first').prepend("MINT ");

in:

//FILTER EFFECTS & APPEARANCE

http://s315189846.websitehome.co.uk/mint/

One cat is called 'club' and one 'warehouse' with the 'mint' appended. Obviously this is not ideal though..

. . . It's doesnt work if you 'hard code' it in to the filter UL either, like this:

<div id="filter" class="blackBar">

 <li class="cat-item cat-item-7">Mint Club

	<li class="cat-item cat-item-43">Mint Warehouse

</div>

It still breaks.

Hi there,

This might be caused by your categories having two words in the name. Just to rule this out, please change the name of the categories to a single word and see if that fixes the issue.

If that is the cause, I will look into a possible solution.

Thanks!

Chris

http://s315189846.websitehome.co.uk/mint/

As you can see i have the 2 categories (mint & mint warehouse). The filters seem to blank all events. Any dieas what i am doing wrong? I did modify calendar.php but for debugging i replaced it with the original and still the same problem.

'Events' is set as the Events category in optiontree and those two categories are sub categories. I am puzzled!

Any help appreciated :)

Thanks.
