Hi there,

It sounds like you have the AJAX feature turned off. Visit the Customize page (appearance > customize) and go to the JavaScript section. There's a checkbox there for AJAX.

If it's already checked, you'll need to reset it. To do this, simply uncheck it and save, then check it and save again.

Hi,
I've use Vysual theme and when I mute the sound from one page and then go to another page of the site, the sound is not muted anymore. There is similar problem with background video: it reloads from the beginning every time I change the page. I have an idea it's a reloading problem but could you help me with it?
