Hi there,

The WordPress gallery system has since been updated. Now you can simply click and drag images to control the order in the pop-up window.

You don't need to insert images into the post content area.

great video, thanks! On my mac, the gallery tab makes a photo gallery inside the post, instead of giving me an option to order the photos for the timeline layout like in the video (choosing, 1,2). Any clues?

Hi there,

Just upload multiple images to the post and that's it. The theme automatically looks for images attached to a post and will display them in the pop-up as well as on the individual post page. You don't need to copy/paste URLs or insert images into the post content. Just upload them to the post and you're done ;-)

On the timeline demo, you could click on various zooms of the photograph. How do i activate this setting?

How do I have multiple different photos instead of the same one zoommed in?
