Hi there,

Oh, sorry, forgot this was HTML version not WordPress. Sorry about that...

Try changing the internal link URLs to include the full site url that you specified for AJAX. Reference: http://230min.com/

The AJAX system uses this URL to make sure it's loading content that is located on the current site.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Hi there,

Your site isn't currently loading via AJAX. When you click a link, it's refreshing the entire page and not loading content like it should.

Try this... visit your Customize page and turn the AJAX feature off (uncheck) in the "jQuery" section. Save your changes and then turn the feature back ON (and save your changes again). This should reset the AJAX feature and fix the issue.

Please let me know if that helps.

Best,

Hi there,

Please keep in mind some desktop features are not available on mobile devices as part of the device requirements. This includes background videos and the site audio player. The main reason being mobile devices do not allow features that auto-play or engage in an action automatically without the users consent.

Best,

Hi there,

3. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is. It sounds like the AJAX feature isn't working, which would cause the audio to "reset" for each page load. Until you throw it on live site, I can't really troubleshoot the issue. Let me know if the issue persists after it's on a live domain and I'll be happy to take a look.

Best,

Hi there,

1. The background video feature is not setup for sound. This is really a design element and not meant/intended to function as a content feature. There is a separate audio feature for the site that is intended to play through-out the users browsing experience. The main reason these are separate are (1) the system used to display the video does not have an audio feature and (2) the background video does not display on all pages, which would cause the audio to start/stop as the user navigates the site. This is very bad for the user experience.

2. Open up index.html and remove the following on line 42-43...

<!--PLAY BUTTON-->
<a class="videoLink" id="130" href="#"><i class="fa fa-play"></i></a>

3. Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out.

Best,

Christopher

Hi,

First of all, I really like this template, great work!. There are few stuff I need to change if you can help me.

- Home page: I changed the background video to be youtube video, works great, but I want the youtube sound to go with it not a separate mp3 file.
- Home page: I don't want the play button in the middle of the page, I want people to go to video page on the menu to play other videos.
- General issue: not sure if it is a bug, but if you mute the sound from a home page and navigate to other page, it will start working again.
