The container is 500px high, so anything within that should be fine.

Currently the theme is setup to only support one animated background. To change the image used, open up "header.php" and locate the following CSS declarations...

#mapBox,.pxs_bg .pxs_bg1

Proceeding these declarations is the URL to the image being used. You can change that URL to the image you would like to use instead.

Nice, nice, nice thinking on this theme. Love the map background but it doesn't fit with the non profit I'm working with. I don't just want to turn it off, though. Is there a way to swap it out for another image? Also, does it support having multiple backgrounds (say 5) that slide with the same number of photos in the slider?
