I can't say for sure as I've never translated a theme myself (I only speak one language), so my knowledge is very limited regarding multilingual implementations.

thanks for your reply! Without thinking of third party plugins,

would you use these instructions to translate the content with the POT-file?

And is there an option that wordpress shows the translation from the POT-file in the language of your browser?

Dear all, I just tried a little and do have a menu in the footer now but it just shows one language instead of three. Additionally I would love to tell wordpress that it should use the language of the users browser.

Dear Molitor and Forum,

I just installed "vysual" and wan´t to use it in german, spanish and english. For this reason I installed a plugin wich is called "WPGlobus". It looks good but doesn´t really work. I can enter text in three languages and ad a widget to enable visitors of my site to choose a language but the correct language does´nt appear.

I´m not able to select anything in the "Language Selector Menu", it just tells me: "Choose the navigation menu where the language selector will be shown".

Translations to german and spanish you´ll find with the extension "/de" and "/es"

Pd: Im a beginner and did´nt really get this POT-File thing. I don´t need the theeme in a different language, just want to translate the content.
