Hello,

If you actually turn on dev tools and look at the loads, it actually does "stream' it just takes a second for a initial load which using a caching plugin will help speed things up(the whole site), as for a few minutes it only took a few seconds if that to load for me. If you want to check your overall page speed I suggest using some web tool

I've read a handful of posts here about slow music load. I noticed that the track has to fully download before play starts. I also read that you suggest using a caching plugin... but how would that solve anything related to downloading a track? Caching is just for dynamic pages/posts is it not?

I love the idea of having the music right there on the page, but it's a little silly to make the end-user wait until the track has downloaded before it plays. Is there no way to do progressive download+playback?

Site: http://dev.tannerwalle.com/

Problem Description: Click on the "Favor" track, sit and wait a few minutes, music starts.

Tested on: IE8, IE9, Firefox 12, iPad, iPod, iPhone
