Exactly - thanks for your response...

Version 2.0 -- Added WordPress 3.0 menu support. Navigate to "Appearance" > "Menus" and create a new menu with the name "Main" <--- THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Make sure to click "Save Menu" when you're done.

It does support menus. There might be a sentence that says it doesn't on the "menus" page, but it does. Please read the help file for instructions.

Thanks but your theme supports zero menus and therefore your suggestion is very technical (if I understand it correct I have to make changes in the themefunction.php). Maybe support for more than one menu could be an option in you next version :-)

What you want to do is create a separate category for the slider, like "featured" or "slider". That way you can pick which items from the blog you want to feature.

For the main navigation, you can control which categories appear by creating a menu on the "menus" page (under "appearance").

I have one category called fotologgen (my blog). Perfect because photos from this category shows up in the slider on the HOME (start) page and automatic made an entry in the menu bar. But if I make a new category it also shows up in the menu bar and the photos show up in the slider. How to prevent that to happen. http://www.steenjeberg.dk

I want to make a new entry in my blog marked with a new category, but no photo in the slider and no new entry in the menu bar.
