Hi there,

The issue you have is not something I've seen before with this theme. Therefore I need you to revert to the default setup (i.e. no edits, customizations or plugins) to make sure the issue is not caused by any changes you've made.

If the issue persists, then I'll know I need to review the theme code and structure. The reason being issues caused by edits or plugins isn't something that I can provide support services for.

Hi again Chris,

Maybe I am wrong, but I think I have not made important or structural changes in the theme. The appearance I think is the same that the original theme, and now I am using the same plugins I used when the responsive design works well.

It is sure that there is something that influences in the responsive design and I do not how to identify it. You are the person betther know the theme. I am not sure what do you mean with "revert to default setup", if that mean delete all the custom css or other changes.

It very important to me to solve it because 50% of my visitors access to the theme from mobile and Ipad.

Hi there,

This appears to be caused by the edits/plugins you're using for the fixed footer element. Since that isn't a built-in theme feature, my support services are limited in troubleshooting the issue that this is causing.

Please revert to a default setup of the theme with these features deactivated to see if the issue persists.
