I would like to make my site mobile friendly. Have been researching plugins and code adjustments but I am a little overwhelmed. Is there anything you know will work? The conversation tools I find cannot process this theme and i did some edits to the custom.js doc to make the site adjust in size but i lost the map in the process and so deleted the changes.

My site is whosestreetsourstreets.org. It is set up to be a walking tour so it's fairly important (to me) that I get it to look, at least, decent on mobile devices.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
