1. Regarding "sign in" and "sign out", try using the Theme My Login plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-my-login/

2. The Recipe Submission page is just a page template. All you do is create a page, assign the "Submission Form" page template and you're done. Screenshot: http://s29.postimg.org/4rc8vngef/Screen_Shot_2014_09_16_at_2_19_24_PM.png

Additional options are available on the Customize page (appearance > customize).

Oh, I also cannot find any documentation or support pages regarding the Recipe Submission page either. Please point me in the right direction here as well, greatly appreciated in advance.

No problem I'll go do that right now since I'm already on themeforest. I have one more question I've been researching on google and on here and cannot find the answer. On the demo template you have "Logon" and "logout" on the header menu. How do I go about adding this function?

Nevermind, figured out I had to actually create a menu in order for this field to show up. Great wp theme keep up the good work.

I followed the Version 1.0 youtube video and was not able to access the header links. There is no left side-bar area for "Navigation". However, I have a Widgets section that allows me to edit the 'Left' and 'Right' column widgets. Is there an updated video that shows how to add in this header menu? Or can you assist me in finding the right location to add the header menu.

The links I have under Customize are: Home Page, Site Title & Tagline, Colors, Header Image, Background Image, Widgets, Static Front Page, Footer, CSS, and Front-end Submission Form.
