You're right! Here's the fix...

Open single.php and change the following on lines 131-135 from this...

<?php } $post = $orig_post; wp_reset_query(); } ?>
	</div><!--postHolder-->
	<div class="clear"></div>
</div><!--end relatedPosts-->
<?php } ?>

...to this...

<?php } $post = $orig_post; wp_reset_query();?>
	</div><!--postHolder-->
	<div class="clear"></div>
</div><!--end relatedPosts-->
<?php }} ?>

I have created a "clean" digitalocean vps just to ensure that this is not a server problem, plugin...etc. I also have uploaded the theme twice (from the two differente sources) just to ensure that it is not a "upload problem".

There is a BIG misalignment on every post.

The problem is related to the "tags", It seems that your theme requires all posts to have at least one tag, will you fix it in the next update(Theme-related issue)?
