Thanks Chris!

We are trying to add more within the image to offset how thin the lettering is. Thank you very much!

Hi there,

I can confirm the mesh is NOT being applied above the content/logo (in any browser). The combination of a light background and thin logo (very thin) creates this effect that the mesh is sitting on top.

Best,

Chris

Chris,

Thanks for the prompt response. I wasn't clear in my initial post, and I apologize for that. I like the transparency and mesh filter. I applied the fix you suggested, but I don't want

After further testings I have noticed something interesting.

In Google Chrome it initially loads on top of the thin lettering in the logo. However, if I click a different tab in my browser, then come back to her website - the mesh filter is no longer applied over the thin lettering.

In Internet Explorer, the mesh stays applied over the thing lettering no matter what.

In Safari, the logo loads with mesh applied correctly behind it.

Hi there,

The mesh is applied to the background of the site. The logo background is transparent, so while it may appear like the mesh is on top of the logo, it's really sitting behind it.

The combination of a light background and thin logo creates this effect that the mesh is sitting on top.

To make the logo background a solid black, add this to the Custom CSS panel on the customize page...

a#logo {background: #000000;}

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Chris

Hi there!

I've been setting up this theme for a friend and noticed an issue when I use a logo that has a transparent background.

lacycavaliermusic.com

As you can see, on the homepage you see a basic logo with her name. However, it applies a mesh over the logo and affects the visibility. Is there some way to avoid this issue?
