For videos, you need to create a page and assign the "Videos" page template. More info: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#videoPage

Hi Again,

I have made a video page, I have set it as the posts page. The posts are all set to video. However I don't get full screen video with a play button in the middle. I get three bits of text.

Thanks for your patience Christopher. I am just working this stuff out. I can only post to one static page on this theme. Is that correct or is there a work around?

Hi there,

"news" is a category page, so you want to add the category link to the menu. "Video 1" is a page using a page template. More about that here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#templates

Thanks for that I will look into it. Do you have any guidance on the other issues. I haven't followed how you add posts to a page? I am trying to recreate a page much like the 'news' and 'video1' examples

Hi there,

If you see a 404 error, that is not something caused by the theme. That either means the URL is wrong or the page doesn't exist. Any errors like this are generated by WordPress, not the theme, so there isn't much I can do in terms of troubleshooting this.

I hope you understand.

My best suggestion is to try creating a new page and linking to it directly from the menus page.

In a general way all am after is a menu with

Home - link to showreel (play button in the centre)
I have done this although when I try to link back to the home page the is an error

'About' and 'Expertise' pages much like the Synopsis
'Showcase' which would be just like video1
A 'Projects' page just like News (it would be nice not to see the white of the scroll bar or if it had some transparency?)
Some contact details at the bottom of page to replace the twitter Facebook icons ect.

If you can point me in the right direction that would be great

Hello,

I have made a short menu when I try to click through I get this error message. (http://snap-b.com nothing found... then... Page Not Found / Error 404)
The other thing that I haven't understood is how to connect posts to particular pages, or do I just 'add media' in a long list? When I use the default page setup the video cannot be entered full screen, it is constrained within the bounds of the dialogue box. Is there a way around this. One last thing. Is it possible to change the colour of the text, at the moment I just have control over the colour of the links.
