Using the chameleon theme, I can't seem to get my menu bar to mix pages and categories in the order that I want no matter how I try to reorder them. It always lists the pages in their proper order and then categories in their proper order; but I *cannot* get it to intermix the two in the desired order no matter what I try. I have consulted the WordPress help--no luck. Suggestions?
