Try adding the following to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

body.respond #header {height: auto;}

when looking at my site on the iPhone, the menu cuts across the welcome message.

and when moving to another page (say about) the words in the menu are cut off by the top of the Page.
I could attach screenshots is I knew how
