Joseph, I wouldn't be able to recommend a good one confidently, considering I haven't used it specifically on this theme. I have had some success with GLibraries for other projects though.

Ok. so I ran yslow analysis and this is what it said:

it also said that i have 4 background images.

are these things i can fix?

Wow.. that made a HUGE difference. Thanks a million! got the caching plugin.. i'm trying to figure out how to use the cdn though

Yeah, those are pretty big images. You might want to consider a Caching plugin and/or a CDN.

ok. after further investigation, the font becomes its normal thickness after all the thumbnails load.. I have about 18 images max in each gallery.. each are about 140kb . is there a way to get them to load faster?

I'm a bit stumped on this one.. The menu fonts are very thin when the site loads with Chrome.. after a bit they sometimes switch back over to there normal thickness. However in Safari and Firefox it functions perfectly.. here's the link to my site
