Sorry, I didn't catch that.

I see in your source code that you have the following to the top of the page...

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">

This is why the page is being zoomed in. You'll want to remove that bit at the top of each page.

I purchased your theme as an HTML format. There is no plugins in my web site.

I think you are right. It's related to the mobile/responsive feature.

When I open the website on my phone, the screen shows a zoomed-in part of the page. The blue bar is set to the initial screen size. And when I zoom-out the whole page, I see the blue bar is shorter than what it should be. How can I make my page to be shown in the whole page initially on my phone screen?

Hi there,

I see what you mean when I visit your site URL. Your site appears to have disabled the mobile/responsive feature of the theme. This is not happening on the demo site. Looking at your source code, it doesn't look quite right there either.

Have you made edits to the theme files? If so, that may have had an impact. In order for me to troubleshoot this issue, I'll have to ask that you revert to a default setup of the theme as I'm not able to troubleshoot themes that have been customized.

If you haven't touched any of the theme files, my next suggestion is to deactivate your plugins one-by-one and check to see if that has an impact.

The thick blue bar and main menu’s background image are cut when you open your theme in mobile application.The same problem occurs in your live preview too. See below screenshot. What’s the solution to fix this?
